Christian Benteke: The Predator

Christian Benteke scored on his debut match at Anfield similar to the debut goals by arguably two of the best strikers Liverpool ever had in their glorious history, Fernando Torres and Luis Suarez.
It was a Poacher's goal and that's what Christian Benteke is in the truest sense. He can score goals from anywhere and obviously he will be disappointed for not scoring another from close range when his shot got bounced off the pitch and hit the woodwork.
It was a brilliant debut for him where he won almost all the ariel balls that came on his way. He provides such a big target man for Liverpool's attacking players and always keeps the opposing defenders on their toes.
Against Bournemouth he was the best player on the pitch for Liverpool by far with his work rate and holding up play to bring other players into the game. He has a lot more to his game than just scoring goals from crosses. Probably by now most of the League defenders are already wary of him and will be scared to come to the wrong side of him when he is in such a form.
Liverpool's success of this season depends almost entirety on the success of Christian Benteke and that's the reason they have invested so heavily on him as he is a real Predator if ever anyone can be called that.
